Monthly Car Bonus

Senior Directors receive $400 a month towards a vehicle valued in excess of $15,000.  Executive, Corporate, and Presidential Directors receive $1,000 a month towards a vehicle in excess of $30,000.  The vehicle must be new or less than 36 months old.

Leadership Development Bonus at 50%

Each time one of your personal ME's advances to Director and above, you earn an amount equal to 50% of the One-Time Advancement (or Pacesetter) Bonus paid to your advancing personal ME each time they advance in status.  To qualify for the Leadership Dev. Bonus your commission rate must be equal to or higher than that of your advancing personal ME each time they advance in status.


Leadership Development Bonus For Qualifying Seniors and Above at 100%

Each time one of your personal ME's advances to Director and above, you earn an amount equal to 100% of the One-Time Advancement (or Pacesetter) Bonus paid to your advancing personal ME each time they advance in status.  Senior Directors and above who have developed a new Personal Director in the last three months or two personal Directors in the last six months and whose status is equal to or greater than an advancing Personal ME can qualify for this bonus.


Product Introduction Commissions

As the Enroller, you earn up to 27% commissions on the first 150 points purchased by your personal customers when they shop in their first month.   (Select Pack and Backup Orders not included)  If you are the immediate Marketing Executive in the customer's support team, you earn 7%.  If you are the Enroller you earn 20%. If you are both, you will earn 27%. 


Quality Customer Bonus

When you "quality enroll" your first new Preferred Customer for the month, you trigger your qualification to receive the Quality Customer Bonus on all future quality enrollments for the month.

New Marketing Executives may qualify for the Quality Customer Bonus in their first 3 months of enrollment.  Thereafter, they must be a Director or above to qualify.

After "quality enrolling" one Preferred Customer in a month, you will earn $25 for your second, third, fourth (and so on) new "quality" customer for that month.  You do  not earn $25 on the first new Preferred Customer, it qualifies you for the rest of that month.

A Quality Customer Enrollment has a Membership Kit, all the necessary paperwork completed and fulfilled their monthly product point commitment by placing an order in their first month. 


Personally Enrolled Customer Commissions

As an Active Director, the commission paid on your personally enrolled customer product points increases from 7% to 14% with 8 to 19 personal customers.  When your personally enrolled customers increase to 20, you become part of the 20/20 Club and you will earn 20% on all product points up to 150 generated by each of your personally enrolled customers each month.


Career/Value Pack Commission

Marketing Executives earn $30 on the Value Packs and $50 on the Career Packs purchased by their new customers in the customer's first two month following the month of enrollment.  Customers may purchase up to two packs, but the commission is only paid on the first pack purchased. 

A ME may earn the Career/Value Pack Commission if they are designated as the "Assist" on the Customer Agreement form of a new Customer who is not their personal customer.


Organization Commissions

Each month you you qualify, you will receive a commission of 7% on the first 150 product points purchased by each customer in your marketing organization.  You earn the Organization Commission from customer purchases in months following the customer's month of enrollment.

To qualify for commissions in the customer's second and third months, the customer must shop and place a minimum product point order.


One-Time Advancement Bonuses or Pacesetter Bonus

As you advance your business to a new status, you qualify to earn one-time advancement bonuses for each new status you achieve.  If you qualify for the Pacesetter Program, you can double these bonuses.

When you become a Director, your advancement bonus will be paid the next month on the 15th.  From then on, the advancement bonuses are paid over 3 months, as long as you maintain that title for those 3 months.

Leadership Growth Bonus

Senior Directors and above can receive a minimum payout in the Leadership Pools.  Senior Directors and above must have net growth in their organization during the current month or over a rolling 3-month average. When they qualify a bonus of $500 paid out of the Leadership Pools, and Executive, Corporate and Presidential Directors receive $1000 to $2000 depending on their status.  Please go to the Melaleuca Corporate website or the "Building Your Melaleuca Business" booklet in your kit for complete details.


Leadership Pools

Directors 3 and above can participate in a monthly Leadership Pool.  Directors 3 through 9, Senior, Executive, Corporate and Presidential Directors share in the pools according to the pool formula.  Please go to the Melaleuca Corporate website or the "Building Your Melaleuca Business" booklet in your kit for complete details.

Corporate Directors and above have no required leadership points.

*Directors and above are guaranteed to earn the Personally Enrolled Customer Commissions on the customers they personally introduced and enrolled even if the Director produces no Leadership Points in any given month.  In any three month period if a Director earns at least one Leadership Point, they will be eligible to earn Organization Commissions on product points produced by customers in their organization up to a combined maximum of $100.


How To Earn Leadership Points

Director 2's and above are required to regularly produce Leadership Points.  Up to six Leadership Points are available for enrolling a new Preferred Customer.  These six Leadership Points are as follows:

Enroller 3 Leadership Points Earned by the enroller who is the ME who provided the name of the new Preferred Customer.
Presenter 2 Leadership Points Earned by the ME who gave the majority of the presentation that resulted in the enrollment of the Preferred Customer.
Career/Value Pack 1 Leadership Point Awarded to the presenter if the new Preferred Customer purchases a Career or Value Pack during the month of enrollment or the month following the month of enrollment.

In addition to the above, there are other ways to earn leadership points.

Directors 2 and above will earn 10 points for each new personal Director they develop in any given month (not a Pacesetter Director).

Directors 2 and above will earn 15 points for each new personal Pacesetter Director developed when they are both the enroller and they do the majority of the presentation points.

Directors 2 and above earn 10 points for each personal enrollee who advances to a Director 2 through Senior Director (points are counted in the month following the month of advancement).  The leader receiving the leadership points needs to have a status equal to or greater than the advancing personal enrollee up to but not past Senior Director.
