FAQ and other things you should
know!
Melaleuca
Presentation
Once you are a Melaleuca member,
log into your back office.
Click on the "My Melaleuca" tab,
then scroll down the page to the
"Delivering Wellness" tab.
There are two ways to share the
presentation with others.
One is a slides only
presentation. The other is
a combination of slides and
videos.
If you want
someone to watch the slides
only, send them to
www.melaleuca.com/deliveringwellness
and enter the passcode melaleuca.
If you want someone to watch the
video/slide presentation, you
must create a passcode, which is
good for 12 hours only.
Follow the 4 steps on how to
create the passcode and what
information they will need to
watch the presentation.
Email them the information and
be sure to let them know the
passcode is only good for 12
hours.
It's always best if you can be
on the phone while they go
through the presentation,
especially the slides only
presentation. You can
answer any questions they may have.
Back up orders
Melaleuca encourages customers
to place orders each month
rather than having their back up
order sent out. They do
this by giving new customers
free products in their first 5
months. And then by
earning Loyalty Shopping Dollars
after that.
Note: Please encourage
your customers to place orders
rather than letting their back
up orders ship out. You
will not earn a commission on
their back up orders during
their first 3 months.
You have all month to place an
order of your choice of
products. Your back up
order will go out about the
first or second day of the
following month if you haven't
placed an order that totals at
least 35 product points.
An example: After the
month of January closes, the
computer looks to see if you
placed an order during January
for at least 35 product points,
if you didn't your back up order
will be processed for the month
of January (even though it is
now February) so that you
qualify for the month of
January.
You can change your back up
order any time you want.
Earn Loyalty
Shopping Dollars
You can start to earn Loyalty
Dollars after six months with
Melaleuca. During your
first six months, you get $20
per month FREE products for 5
months.
When you have a back up order of
35 points and you place an
online order between the 1 and
25th of the month, you will earn
10% of that order in "Loyalty
Dollars". Once you have at
least 20 "Loyalty Dollars" you
can use them to purchase
products along with your 35
point order. If you place an
online order between the 26th
and the end of the month, you
will earn 5% "Loyalty Dollars".
A Preferred Customer is someone
who has a backup order with at
least 35 product points and
orders each month.
How to Use Loyalty Dollars
Place your monthly order of at
least 35 points and then if you
have at least 20 Loyalty
Dollars, click on the link
"Redeem Loyalty Shopping
Dollars" which is located in the
right upper portion of your
website, above the shopping cart
link.
You will see how many you have
to spend and complete
instructions on how to use them!
Moving People
You can move people for no
charge during their month of
enrollment and the first day of
the next month after their
enrollment month. The
first month of enrollment is the
month they enroll. For
example, if someone enrolls in
January that is their enrollment
month.
After
that time, you can move
them during the next two
months, at a cost of $8 per
person. To move someone
you've personally enrolled, go
to the back office, click on the
Business Center tab, then the
"Enrollment Center" link, then
the "Enrollee Changes" link.
You can also call customer
support and ask questions. Details and instructions are
included.
Your
Commission Statement
Statements are updated on the
16th of each month for the
previous month. Log into
your back office, click on
"Business Center", then "Reports
and Tools" and then "Business
Reports". Since these
reports change on the 16th of
each month, you'll want to print
out the report for your records
before the 16th of each month.
You'll also get an email when
your monthly commission
statement is posted!
